I have been coming to this location for over 15 years.. Has changed hands with several managers but everyone one has been great... Current Manager “Uncle Mikey” is wonderful with the kids. Great customer service. Great food! Great establishment!
The orange chicken was delicious, but the rice and noodles were so bland I had step outside and remind myself where I was eating. I didn't know you could colonize chinese food, but here it is. The lack of flavor was remarkable.
Great food fast service I ordered eleven of the $5 specials and was out in less than 10minutes and didn't call ahead to place the order
Food was good but I had to wait for awhile to eat them!
Kung Pao is great. You can customize it any way you want. I pay on there app so when I get to the restaurant I just pick up my food and leave. Great idea.
This my friend is a Fantastic restraunt ! Come hungry and you will be absolutely satisfied . No doubt about. Great cuisine , awesome atmospheric vibes. Enjoy !
Fresh. Mongolian beef is excellent! Best walk in walk out fast Chinese thats not buffet.
Always get good service and excellent food!
Ordered the tofu and chicken lo mein. They left the chicken off. No biggie. They brought out a side order of chicken. The tofu and chicken tasted awful. This place used to be great. Yuck..
I love Pei Wei, and when you love a place you can be pretty forgiving. At some point you just have to move on though. For me it was three strikes and that was enough. Strike one was the time I came in and waited 45 minutes for my food. This was on my one hour lunch break. Strike two was the time after this when they charged me more than usual but gave me a smaller than usual portion of chicken (half of what I normally get). And strike three was me coming in and standing by the register, no one even acknowledging my presence, waiting a few minutes, and then getting skipped over so the guy behind the register could help a couple of younger women. Pei Wei, you have done me wrong. I get it, the customer is not important anymore, and customer service is a thing of the past. Thats fine. There are other lunch options out there. I wish you the best of luck.
This location always has an EXTREMELY long wait. The food is actually very good. But on one Sunday I observed 10 people cancel or leave the store disgruntled at the over 50 min wait for to go orders that had been placed online. I waited 50 mins once I came to the store at the time I was told my order would be ready. Not acceptable. They were not apologetic to anyone either.
Omg that's my favorite place 💞💞
Took 25 minutes for them to bring my food to the table after ordering it. And then it was wrong!
we come here to get out of the house every now and then and its great for that. They have 1.99 lettuce wraps too now, which is a perfect single serving of food. Its always very clean and very fast.
Horrible service, food is ok. When I arrived I stood at the cash register for about 2 minutes while two of the employees talked. My then simple, one item order took over twenty minutes. The woman waiting next to me had been waiting even longer and her order came out wrong. She then complained that this occurs everytime she dines at the establishment. Another man also had his order messed up. Overall this was one of the worst Pei Wei experiences I’ve ever had. Won’t be back any time soon. Get your act together.
Awesome Asian food and soda machine. Great for vegetarians because you can substitute tofu for almost any meat. Service can be a little frosty, but otherwise no complaints.
My favorite at Pei Wei is beef lomein. They don't make it like it used to be any more. It was tasty, beef was tendered bad the portion was large. It changed and it got worse.
We’ve tried several things on the menu and every time the food has been fresh and delicious. The different dishes and appetizers are packed with flavor. The place has always been clean and the staff is friendly and helpful.
The food is made to order, which means it’s fresh. You can get salad if you don’t want fried rice. They also offer sushi. My favorite dishes are the orange chicken and Mongolian beef with fried rice. The staff are pleasant. They offer beer and white wine, which is a plus if you don’t want yo drink sod
Love my service I received today. Ms. Hope greeted her customers with her kind smiles. She was very professional and understanding. She fixed the issue with my gift card. This location is lucky to have her in their team
Excellent food and very good tasty dishes!
Sesame chicken with white rice was pretty good. Seems like a small improvement from panda Express. Tastes a little fresher. Not as impressed as I thought I would be.
This is the nastiest “Asian” inspired food place on earth! The meat is not chewable and the fried rice is colored brown! They need to close these down! Awful! Go to a real Asian place because you are wasting your money! It tastes like my failed attempts for making such food. Yuck!
It seems that dishes differ from store to store. At this location they had sweet and delicious oranges that complemented my dish because was a little bland
Had a very nice plate of chicken pad thai. Very good chicken, nice texture and taste.
Always fresh! Love the tofu Pad Thai and Poke Bowl. Michael the manager is professional and friendly! Highly recommend!
The experience was less then desirable
Wonderful customer service, they were really friendly and welcoming. The food tasted amazing, the best orange chicken I have ever had, the shrimp fried rice had actual real life sized shrimp and the rice wasn't dry. You should absolutely eat here, because the food is TO DIE FOR.
Good food, good flavor. I like their noodle dishes, they added cauliflower rice to their menu. Teas are good And it’s nice that they give you orange slices to go with them.
Cashier cant follow instructions of extra sauce even after repeated several times
The manager here is very nice and personable. He remembers his regular customers and chats with you. The Mongolian steak bowl was delicious today and the service was great and speedy.
Literally served frozen egg rolls today and very old chicken. This is the first time in my life that food was so bad I had to toss it in the garbage. It’s Covid time but come on!! I’d like my $20 back.
Pretty disappointed. I’ve always loved Pei Wei’s shrimp pad Thai and today’s was awful. It’s as if they barely put any sauce to cook it in. Only good this was the shrimp was cooked perfectly, but overall it was completely bland and dry.
Food was pretty bland. Waited for over 30 minutes after I ordered to see where my food was. They appeared to have misplaced the order ticket in the kitchen. Waited another 15 for my meal. No one was apologetic about it. Couldn't find a clean table (all were sticky). If I could describe this restaurant and its staff in one word: apathetic
Really like this place for a last minute quick bite. Now that they allow me to customize my meals by taking out the sauces and putting in a small bowl for me to control the amount used.
I didn't like the food honestly
Food is delicious, great ambiance, manager is polite he is the slender tall guy he is probably the reason this pei Wei is outstanding
Always tasty. Order the Thai chicken lettuce cups... tons of tasty food with only 540 calories.
Flavors are off. Staff is not happy to be there. Take out... You're on your own for anything you might need to eat the food you buy. Which i would be fine with, if i had known.
Love the bento box!
One of my fav!! Love their orange chicken bowl
Placed an order online on Sunday to pickup Wednesday. Since there was a 50% off promotion, I was very happy. However, I wanted to change the pickup date from Wednesday to Tuesday. I made a phone call to change the schedule, the worker says it's fine, but ended up with the deletion of my order instead of modification by some kind of their system glitch. The person who I talked with is very kind, but however, my order is gone and I could not place the same order at the same price anymore and ruined my happy dinner. So disappointed and angry.
Great food. Great management. If you're looking for fresh Asian food fast, then this is definitely what you're looking for.
I was confused about my order but they were willing to make adjustments... much appreciated when you personally forgot how to read lol. anyways in and out, ordered thru the app and my food was pretty much ready on arrival, thanks!
Best location of all.. the food consistency is ALWAYS on point. The Manager Mike, runs the place so in sync. All the employees are so friendly, their customer service is awesome here. Best location in Houston been to almost every location and by far none "NONE" are like this one. Buffalo Speedway @ Westpark...#1
The chow mein bowls are my fav
Came here on Sunday for the first time. I had never had Pei Wei and I won’t be having it again. I ordered the orange chicken and vegetables. More like orange chicken and rocks. The snap peas and carrots were raw and snapped loudly when biting it. They were not softened at all not even a little bit. My boyfriend sent it back because that is not something I do. I got the second plate, hoping for best. Wrong, snap peas were exactly the same, carrots were softer but because they were thin. We sent it back a third time which is so embarrassing to do. I don’t like doing that at all in fact I’ve never done that. They were hard and raw and not enjoyable at all. The third plate peas were a lot softer. But I did not enjoy it after returning it twice and having the manager say that he knew how it was supposed to be, as if we didn’t know and the peas are supposed to be hard??? Sorry pretty sure the vegetables on that plate are supposed to be cooked.
The first few times I visited the food was delicious. Lately the food seems to be drenched in whatever sauce you choose and overall it hasn't been as flavorful as it used to be. When you request the tofu and veggie option you get very little veggies and it's not a good mix of veggies- their main vegetable seems to be sweet peas or sugar snap peas (not sure which on they use). So if you order the vegetable option, your plate is overwhelmed with sweet peas, a few pieces of broccoli (or sometimes none), tofu and a crap load of sauce. I would not recommend the Pad Thai- tons of noodles, no or very little veggies and it's pretty darn tasteless. #LocalGuides
